The Cell Angel is a service which allows EV-owners to have their EVs charged wherever they wish – be it at work, at a shopping center or in the event of a complete battery discharge.
Currently, around the world, there are only a limited number of charging points available for EVs. As the number of EVs on the streets is growing exponentially, even the current charging points are often full and often difficult to access. The excessively high demand for charging stations can be quite frustrating for those with EVs and, therefore, they have to look for alternative solutions in order to charge their cars.
With the help of Cell Angel, the owners of electric vehicles can park and charge their cars more freely in the city. The Cell Angel charging vehicle (van) works as a mobile electric charging point, which can be ordered to an address via the Cell Angel application, where it charges the battery of the parked car. The customer can immediately pay for the services used via the application and based on the amount they have charged their car.
The project is currently in the concept phase, in which we have started the necessary market analysis and market research, and we have also finalized out business concepts. Regarding technology, we are currently designing and developing the fast charging electronics, in addition to finalizing the sizing of the battery pack carried by the electric van (which uses recycled EV battery packs).
The only task that our users have to do is to park in a place that is accessible to the Cell Angel charging vehicles (which are electronic vans with inbuilt battery packs). Using the app designed especially for this, the Cell Angel team can locate the precise geographical position of the car, and also the condition of the battery. The Cell Angel charging vehicles (which are electronic vans with inbuilt battery packs) take 15 minutes to arrive, from the time the order is placed. With the help of the app, they can open the charging socket on the EV and can begin charging it. The customer is able to see the process and can see the level of charge. Based on the amount of electrical energy used, the customer’s account or bank card will then be charged.
